For products sold as a set, one sale unit is one set. Carton conversions use the price list’s packing quantities.
Enter only the quantity going out now. A partial dispatch leaves the balance pending. Fully dispatched orders move into dispatch history.
Correct packed item quantities here if they were unknown at dispatch. Reversing a dispatch returns its quantities to the pending order and removes it from monthly totals.
Packing changes apply to newly added order lines. Existing orders retain their saved packing. For an unsent order line, you can edit its pieces-per-pack value in Edit order. A product sold as a set counts one set as one sale unit.
This staff login is shared with Price Desk. Changing its ID or password updates this login for both apps.
